We have the ability to adapt to the ever changing market conditions, which has led us to develop real estate across a range of different asset classes.

THE TEAM.
Our best in class team of forward thinking property professionals are led by Managing Director Ed Burdell. Ed previously worked for two leading Central London property consultancies where he specialised in land and development, before founding Harlequin Developments.
Ed is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
ACQUISITION.
Our expert knowledge of the UK planning system is one of the ways we seek to get the most out of the opportunities that we buy. This combined with our creative way of thinking enables us to maximise receipts to the land and property owner.
We are privately funded with large cash reserves, which means no time consuming board approvals are required. This gives us an agility which allows us to move fast with a transaction when required.
We pride ourselves on transparency and openness throughout the acquisition process.
